Because this offering is made under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, your accredited investor status must be verified by an independent third party before any subscription is accepted. Supporting financial documentation goes directly to that verification provider under its own terms and privacy policy. It does not pass through SummitPoint Capital and we do not retain it.
Our verification provider is VerifyInvestor.com, operated by Verify Investor, LLC, part of the tZERO group of companies. If you choose to proceed, you create an account with them directly and provide your financial documentation to them, under their own terms and privacy policy. They review it and issue us a confirmation of your accredited investor status. We receive that confirmation. We do not receive the underlying documents.
If you already hold a letter from your own licensed attorney, certified public accountant, SEC-registered investment adviser, or registered broker-dealer confirming your accredited status, dated within the last 90 days, that letter can be used instead. You are never required to open an account with a third party in order to speak with us.

This site does not load fonts, scripts, analytics or other assets from third-party servers. Everything needed to display the page is served from summitpointcapital.co, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to any outside party.
An inquiry submitted through this site forms part of our records for a securities offering, and we are required to retain those records. We keep form submissions for two years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted.
Records are held in the website database and exported periodically to storage outside the website. Access is limited to those who need it.
You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold on you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to info@summitpointcapital.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Deletion has one limit worth stating plainly: where a record forms part of our offering records, securities law may require us to retain it even if you ask us to delete it. If that applies to your request we will tell you, and we will stop using the record for any other purpose.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
SummitPoint Capital LLC is a Michigan limited liability company and this offering is directed to residents of the United States. We apply the rights described above to everyone who contacts us, wherever they live, rather than only to residents of a particular state or country.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and to protect the form against automated submissions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
